We often think of Enneagram Eights as powerful, charismatic, and natural leaders.  They make great mentors with an uncanny ability to inspire and uplift people.

Our guest today is a wonderful example of a healthy Eight leader who understands how to balance the power of her personality with self-restraint and vulnerability while motivating others.   Dr. Sasha Shillcutt shares what drives her as an Eight, how she’s managed the past year of the pandemic, and why it’s important for her to empower other women to live life “brave enough.”

In this episode, we hope you will discover:

  • When and where to lean into the 7 wing or the 9 wing of an Enneagram Eight

  • Enneagram Eight subtypes and how they show up differently in the world

  • A few tips for mitigating the passion (lust) of the Eight
