About Scott Allender: Scott is a seasoned executive with expertise in global people leadership and organizational development. He is the co-creator and custodian of a mutiple-award-winning Leadership Development Program, and has built a broad curriculum of custom people-development workshops and initiatives that improve organizational performance by helping everyone to become the best versions of themselves.
Scott is currently the Senior Vice President of Talent Strategy & Development at Warner Music Group, overseeing learning and development around the globe, and travels extensively facilitating development workshops. For the past 3 years, Scott has also worked as a part-time organizational consultant for Church of the City here in Tennessee, and occasionally donates his time as a leadership consultant for ‘America’s Kids Belong’ -- a wonderful Nonprofit Organization working to end the foster care and adoption crisis in the U.S.
Scott is a Myers Briggs and Hogan practitioner, an Emotional Intelligence Coach, and holds multiple Senior HR Certifications.
