ABOUT JOHNATHON AND JULIE
John Schaech is an actor and screenwriter who has worked with some of the most recognizable names in the industry. Some of his earlier credits include Franco Zeffirelli's Sparrow, Gregg Araki's The Doom Generation, and opposite Winona Ryder in How to Make an American Quilt, which earned him a SAG Award nomination. He starred with Tom Hanks' in That Thing You Do!, the thriller Hush with Jessica Lange and Gwyneth Paltrow, and was named Best Supporting Actor for his role in Woundings.
More recently John has had leading roles in the thriller Phantom, miniseries Texas Rising, and the television series Legends of Tomorrow as bounty hunter Jonah Hex as well as starring in the heist movie Marauders and the noir crime drama The Night Clerk. In 2020, he created the role of Sheriff Justin Wise in the film, Blue Ridge, and in 2024, he will reprise that character in a TV series. He is happily married to Julie Solomon, and together they are raising a son and a daughter.
