About Scott Allender

Scott is a seasoned executive with expertise in global people leadership and organizational development with more than 20 years of experience. He is the co-creator and custodian of a mutiple-award-winning Global Leadership Development Program, and has built a broad curriculum of custom people-development workshops and initiatives that improve organizational performance by helping everyone to become the best versions of themselves.

Scott is certified in MBTI and Hogan personality systems and is a certified emotional intelligence coach, and holds multiple Senior HR Certificaitons. He is passionate about developing radical self-awareness in others through the wisdom of the Enenagram, a tool that he was professionally trained in by Ian Cron and the CP Enneagram Academy.

Scott is currently the Senior Vice President of Talent Strategy & Development at Warner Music Group, overseeing a global team of senior talent professionals, and regularly teaches and coaches around the world.
